Julian E. Wood Jr.

A second generation Floridian, Julian E. Wood Jr., was born and raised in St. Petersburg and his family has ties to the area going back four generations. After completing his education through both the Pinellas County School system and Canterbury School of Florida Mr. Wood obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida in St. Petersburg. Mr. Wood graduated obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in History before continuing on in his education in law. Mr. Wood attended law school at St. Thomas University graduating with his Juris Doctorate in 2008. While attending St. Thomas University Mr. Wood completed a summer clerkship with one of the largest firms in the State of Florida. Mr. Wood has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2008.

After graduating law school Mr. Wood was honored to begin his career working with his father at J. Emory Wood, P.A. On January 1, 2015 Mr. Wood was made a shareholder in the newly formed partnership of Wood, Gross & Wood, P.A. During his time with the firm Mr. Wood gained broad experience in civil litigation working through the process of pre-suit demands, litigation discovery, and trial. He has participated in jury trials in Pinellas, Pasco, Hillsborough, and Polk Counties.

Mr. Wood remains a resident of St. Petersburg residing with his wife Meghan and son Julian Emory Wood, III. He also is active with his church First United Methodist currently serving on the Staff Parish committee.
