Paul N. Gross

A third generation Floridian, Paul N. Gross was born and raised in the Tampa Bay area. A proud product of public schools in Pinellas County, Mr. Gross went on to obtain his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Florida State University in 2001. While attending Florida State Mr. Gross was active in numerous organizations, many of which he held leadership positions. He then continued his education at South Texas College of Law. In May of 2005 he obtained his Juris Doctorate and was admitted to the Florida Bar in September 2005.

After graduation from law school, Mr. Gross went to work as an Assistant Public Defender in the Sixth Judicial Circuit. In May 2006 Mr. Gross took a position as an associate with the firm J. Emory Wood, P.A. On January 1, 2015 Mr. Gross was made a shareholder in the newly formed partnership of Wood, Gross & Wood, P.A.

Throughout his career Mr. Gross has participated in all aspects of civil litigation. His broad ranging experience includes participating in jury trials throughout the State of Florida.

Further, Mr. Gross has taken an active role throughout his community. He presently serves as President-Elect of Temple B’nai Israel in Clearwater, Florida. In July 2006 Florida Governor Charlie Crist appointed Mr. Gross to serve as a member of the Sixth Judicial Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission. A position he held until April 2015. In December 2013 Pinellas County Commissioner Charlie Justice appointed Mr. Gross to serve as a member of the Feather Sound Community Services District Board. Presently he also serves on Florida Bar Grievance Committee 6D.
Mr. Gross currently resides in Clearwater, Florida with his wife Hannah and their two sons Paul Jacob and Harrison.
